...was exactly what it should have been. By way of slightly spoiler-y review I'll say just this:
~5 minutes into the film, Dolph's character draws first blood...with a grenade launcher. The remainder of the film includes maybe 15 minutes of inaction.

It was exactly the action movie we stopped making in the 80s, and it was perfect.
