So in mid-january I decided to order these 3 rings from the above mentioned website. I thought wow this is such a cool site because they customize the ring size at no extra cost. That's a buncha steaming shit... have you tried calling them, though? I've found I usually get a LOT more accomplished when I'm screaming at them through a phonehole than just trying to email back and forth.

Especially since you have a copy of your sent email, showing the date you sent it, they're more than obligated to refund you the money.

that was my orginal plan but they don't have a phone number listed on their website or any correspondence that I've received from them. I personally think that every company should have a phone number. I haven't checked my email since I've been up but I'll let you know what they say.

oooo, you know, I just thought of something.

If you haven't gotten this taken care of yet, the Better Business Bureau will have their phone number. They need to know if they are stiffing you, anyway.
