since i don't know the situation you're in, i can only offer one bit of advice: when i'm angry, i'll put on the one type of music that i could never see making me upset. usually it's simon and garfunkel.

i hope that everything get's better for you. you can go camp out in Bay Sound CD...i'm sure my uncle wouldn't mind at all, haha:)
