what always bugged me was that some people honestly believe gay guys only fuck and aren't able to love and be dedicated, faithful, loyal, whatever. they should read this poem

It kind of amuses me (if the stupid doesn't frustrate me too much, that is) that some people link the ability to love to sexual orientation. There are wonderful sweet and romantic guys out there, both straight and gay ones, just as well as there are emotional amoeba among them (and among women too!). Gay isn't a whole different gender after all.

Oh gods! This has got to be one of the most beautiful poems I've ever read. And a wonderful wonderful present. Thank you for those words and the thoughts. I now know that I will change my lyut and make a banner that includes this poem. It'll be a great inspiration.
