This is a man that my parents' know personally, who's restaurant they have eaten at. The Bush Administration has been trying to throw him out of the country and back to Turkey where he will likely be arrested and tortured. He came to this country in a better time,

His name is Ibrahim PARLAK. His brother is Huseyin Parlak and Huseyin has already been deported. Huseyin was here on a student visa that expired, If I remember correctly. He worked at Ibrahim's restaurant (Cafe Gulistan) while he was here. You need to have the names right in your communications with officials.
