Two ways.... 1) If you need it cut from a text box, highlight it and hit ctrl-x (the cut shortcut) and to paste it elsewhere hit ctrl-v. 2) If it is already said by someone (i.e. when I cut and pasted your movies) then highlight it and hit ctrl-c then ctrl-v where you want it pasted.

i appreciate your help mike, but what i meant was more along the lines of what ice princess said. both question and answer are kind of hard to explain on lj i guess. :) laur- you can tell me over the phone, or even better, i'll get you on the phone while i am at the computer! hope your shower was HOT! ;)

anyway, yeah, i can explain it when you are near a computer. it's easier that way anyway. =)
i know sometimes it IS hard to read the help sections.. they need a help section for the help section. hehe.
