you watched Cutting Edge while you were in Pittsburgh?! steph and i used to be obsessed with that movie when we were younger. hahaha. sorry to pick that to focus on. *grin*
and yes, i have to agree that The Hours was a freaky movie. people who saw it need to post their thoughts on it... get a little discussion going. hehe
it's so exciting waiting to hear news about the baby.. hope you hear something soon!
wahoo!! lol. i saw parts of it on tv a while ago and i can't believe how bad the skating effects are.. it's interesting to watch movies you saw when you were younger. you see how corny they really are! haha
Yea, the movie is a love story about two professional ice skaters (one who used to play for the US Hockey team but became blind for such a sport) where she harasses him about a toe-pick...something they only have for figure skating and not hockey. The ending is by far one of the best since it leaves you hanging if they actually did pass the Olympic trials or if they failed and have to just live in their story of love for each other. The interpretation of the end is up to the watcher to know what happens. Closure is not key in this movie and therefore makes it quite troublesome to some first-time viewers.
I wanted to know about the movie The Hours, not about Cutting Edge silly! God help me if I can't figure out the cheesy romance story! :)
About the intials, it's just personal preference. Depsite the fact the people who know me know who I'm talking about and could read past entries to figure out the names anyway, it just makes me feel better to not use names.
In that case, I haven't seen the movie. And the only recent horror movie we saw was Cube 2 which was even cheesier and extremely predictable. It took me a second to remember who J was since last Spring you had 2 J's for roomies but only one lives in Pittie. But that's cool still!

Why the use of initials for names now?
