I have a text file on my server that I can edit from anywhere, gets updated every christmas :)

That's wonderful. Unfortunately some of us don't have our own personal servers.

I'm going to save this post and refer to it in a few days to see if anyone else has any suggestions, or I might borrow it and ask my FL for suggestions too, because it's a really good question.

I have an oldschool address book that I loathe and is not updated. I don't recommend that option.

I also have three folks' snail mail addy's in my text messages inbox, so as long as I have my cell with me, I'm kosher.

I have also used My Yahoo to keep some of them handy, in the My Addresses portion, but it's kind of cumbersome to get to.

CMON GOOGLE! MAKE SOMETHING ADDRESSY AND USEFUL!

I'd love it if you post it to your FL for additional suggestions.

Thus far I'm leaning towards purchasing a Palm Z22 and set it up so I can sync to my laptop and my work PC. This way I can keep track of addresses as well as my work schedule.

Plaxo also has a Toolbar for Internet Explorer that Syncs with the Yahoo address book and calendar.
