[Jinx decided that he might as well go down to the Bazaar to see what all the commotion was about. Yah, he found it. There were clothes everywhere. In fact, saying there were clothes everywhere would be an understatement.

He's taking his time to see exactly how to tuxedo that he found in a box when he spots Reno looking as confused as ever.
