HELP!!

all i ask for is to be left alone and die in my room. I feel like shit all id rather die cuz i can go more than 20 feet from the bathroom( i just love being sick). i have to go to the DR. today and get a note saying that i have a bug so i can skip drill with out being concidered AWOL(absent with out leave). but i got to go HELP ME ~
