i hate it when you read someone's journal and you're like "holy fuck!! i've been there, dude" but you don't want to say that cuz it seems so cliche. well, matt, about all i can say is i know how you feel. hopefully commiseration will help you feel a little less stranded, cuz how you feel is typically accomplanied by that yucky stranded feeling. hang in there Matt. I know what you mean about being stuck in a feeling, though I don't know the feeling, therefore I cannot help you.

The cleaning up your act thing...are you thinking maybe if you change on the outside, it will help with what's going on in the inside...?
