Why are all the government buildings in Montreal so ugly? I'm on the 6th floor of Complexe Guy-Favreau right now and it's downright depressing in here. I can look out the window and see Complexe Desjardins and Place des Arts and the contemporary art museum of Montreal, which are all better examples of architecture and complement the downtown area,
