There is a rule in the urology department that you must be 10 years into a committed relationship, with 2 children who are both over 6 months before they will perform a vasectomy on a male. I am not making this up.
damn; I can't believe that!?! I would be cranky too if I had to put up with those sort of insidious rules; especially when it should be *your and your husbands* decision, not theirs!!!
