It's Mel....woohoo...Bet ya can't place the name to a face eh? The fella with the long hair with the black, "normal people scare me" shirt. Christian's "war drive" buddy....Haven't see ya on the streets of the fair city. Christian was saying something your working indoors these days.

So Red Square is doing Metal night again? Sounds tempting to come back and check the action there again. Reason I stopped going was I'm losing my hearing in one ear. Ya getting old, not cranky or crusty. Guess I should go into the dealer and get a maintainence checkup..haha. Can't even enjoy Dragon's drums and bass when he ventures out without earplugs..NOW that makes me feel old....wahhhh.eh? eh? whad ya say old whipper snapper?

Haha hey Joe. Yes, it took me awhile but now I know who you are...Christian sent me a picture of you to just to be sure! lol.
Yep, as of February I acquired a new Accounts Payable position at the lawyers' office...now I don't do errands outside anymore, I just work inside all day long...but I do miss the outdoors, that's for sure. I've been walking home a great deal lately in order to savour it before it gets too cold out, hehe.
The first Metal night went really well, just a bunch of us but good times. :)

Well congratulations Mel for acquiring the new position! For myself, I do a lot of walking since trashing my left knee from years of running a road racing. It's good for the body and mind walking. My 83 year old mother drags me out for walks to the market so I better stay in shape, haha. I miss 5k road races terribly and can't bare to watch the run for the grapes cause it makes me sad that I cannot part take. sign..

I have to get myself some good ear plugs and come visit Paul and you at a metal night. I do miss his mixing, cause he has good taste in music. Just have to watch my one ear or i'll be doing 'eh eh"? grins.

It was nice to chill with Rob and have a milk shake at the Fine Grind. Been awhile..Always great to drag Chester out of the house as well..

Cool to see you guys out the other night by the cafe as well, sorry I couldn't talk longer but Paul & I were on our way out. Was good to see Chester too, I rarely ever do anymore, he's a good guy. :)
As for the walking, yeah I'm trying to get the exercise I'm missing in this job position by walking home from work at least once a week (it takes me 30 minutes)...but tonight I fear that it might be too chilly & I'm only wearing short sleeves...but we shall see. :S
I don't wanna get the winter woolies out yet! Eek :(

Sucks that I missed Dream Theatre...though with two weddings with weekend and no cash...that would never have happened...hopefully they come around again.
