Here are some more pictures from my last class Garde Manger.  Hope you like them, I will try to describe them as best as possible.

The circumstances we were under were:

~we had to mark everything for our group or it would get sent back to storeroom

~all the kitchens were open to everybody

~ the storeroom was open for one hour

I must say, i would go straight for the sushi area!! but all of them are outstanding... you keep building up my excitement..and nerves!

I did the exact same...right to the sushi (it was awesome. This is exciting for me right now. I am learning so much and I am about four months away from graduation then I get to go out and find my place in the culinary industry.
