that used to happen to me when i chewed at work. i work in a kitchen that gets extremely hot and i'd get light headed and woozy. i got close to throwing up a couple of times but i'd just take huge gulps of cold water and i'd be ok. i don't chew anymore though. i just stick with smoke breaks.

things are alright. i spent the few hours i have before work today installing a car stereo i wasn't really prepared to buy, but i'm proud to say it works/looks awesome.

mostly though, i work and smoke.

funny story about the chew, the only reason i ended up chewing in the first place was i asked one of the drivers at work to pick me up a couple packs of camel turkish golds and i guess i slurred it and the "ish gold" sounded like "skoal."

how're things for you?

Life could always be better for me. Being in Iraq isn't all that great but in about 30 days we have reached the half way point and im thankful for that.

I think I quit smoking. Right now and recently I just haven't felt the need to smoke. Mainly because I picked dipping again. I quit for a while, I actually quit for some time then I got into it again. I dont know whats cheaper, smoking or dipping.

Anyway. Sitting outside in 110 degree heat is making me irriated. lol. Gotta run.

later man

You puke because of all the blood riding too fast - blood expands with the heat, just like it thins out in the winter - anyway, when the bllod expands, it rises, throwing off the equilibrium, as well as making the acid and bile in your stomach churn. Suppose chewin wasn't good for you then - hence, why you puked. Anything hitting the stomach that can't calm the stomach down (i.e. - ice cold water, or even an AC'd room), will upset the stomach further, and cause retching. When the body overheats, the blood is all "stop! stop!" so it has to expel some fluids that are in the body.

Thank you for the information. I was going to ask the medics around here, but now I don't have to. Lol.

I like you already.
