Better yet, don't think about it. The more I try to be healthy, the more I gain weight. Seriously, this happens every time I cut out junkfood and go to the gym regularly. But the more I forget about it and do whatever comes natural, it drops back down. Go figure.
I know what you mean....I'm not TOO worried considering my dorm is like a pilgrimage away from the quad where literally ALL my classes are. Haha also I'm just gonna drink liquor like it's my job...I didn't realize Lite beer had calories until like 2 weeks ago.
It's actually one of my only real apprehensions about college. I lost 10 pounds since I became a vegan, which was a cool side effect..but I worry that I'll teach myself to subsist on french fries and bullshit carbs and stuff and gain it all right back. I promised myself that I'm gonna continue going to the gym at least twice a week and just watch out though. good luck with everything, I don't think you'll have to worry too much about it.
