Initially, I had decided against getting Need For Speed: The Run, but I let myself get sucked into the hype surrounding the game.

I pre-ordered my copy from my favorite game retailer, Game Stop, hoping that E3 was horribly mistaken and the QTE's (quick time events) weren't THAT important to gameplay, and a casual racer like me could enjoy it.
