Well I suppose I could bitch and moan about it, but honestly, It's just a scooter. The kids are fine and healthy. Wendy and I are under some stress but the new store is doing much better than the old one ever did.
Yeah there's bad, but there is good too.
I really have no cause to complain.

It's still a crappy thing to have happen, but I'm glad everything else is going well.

Oh you won't get any argument from me about that.
I did go down to the local Scooter shop (right at the end of my street, called Scooter City) to take a look at a few models.
Depending on what happens with mine, MPI will probably write it off and give me a fair bit of change to use as a down payment on a new one.
If and when I do, I'm sinking a fair size block of cement right near where I park it, with an eye-bolt sticking out and chaining it up.
I guess just putting a Kryptonite lock on the front tire wasn't enough deterrent.

Yeah me too. Or, if it's not found in good shape, I hope they have the good sense to destroy it utterly.
That way I can put a nice down payment on a new one!
