the ride was ok. i bummed out my knee 100km south west of saskatoon. i was doing 150+ km a day against the wind with a full load on, 10 hours in the saddle each day. my knee couldn't take it, i felt something tear going up the last hill into some town. when i got there i couldn't walk right. so i took a rest day, popped some painkillers and rode into saskatoon and caught a greyhound.
