Love the back story. I've never thought that Tonks and Sirius 1st meeting would have been at an order meeting. It makes sense that 2 disowned Blacks would see each other from time to time! Of course Tonks would have had a bit of a crush too!
Thanks for posting! There have been a lot of great entries, but they have been a bit heavy on the angst this year! nice to have a happy one!

Loved the over-the-top decorating. Lots of smiles and awws as I read. Absolutely ADORED the parallel kisses.

The kiss was soft and quite innocent, but enough for both Remus and Tonks not to be able to sleep well the following night.

Thought that was cute enough to begin with but then TO THE BACKSTORY AGAIN. A totally unexpected extra flashback--and totally awe-inducing.

Really love what you did with these three and their interactions over the decorations. Remus talking around queries about whether or not he likes the crazy decorations of craziness, and Sirius seeing right through (and Tonks too, by the end)--LOL. Also love how bright Tonks is, very canonical, and the bit about her character that I like best!

:D I had a big smile on my face the whole time I was reading this. I love how the two stories tie in with one another, especially the two kisses. I love how Tonks is trying to make things happy and cheerful in both, and how Remus goes along with it because he doesn't want to hurt her feelings. And because he loves to see her happy :)
