Your writing is, as usual, amazing. I like how you manage to slowly unwrap the facts without getting lost in tedious explanations, while giving enough information to keep me on edge.
This was sweet, and lovely, and sounded very real.

This is beautiful! Remus was very believable for any man who's sick. They never want help, do they? ;) I loved how Tonks encouraged him to take the help and Remus' response. Great job! :)

Aw, thanks! I see Remus as someone who would take a lot of pushing before he would accept help, heh.

Aww *sighs* I loved this. The to and fro between them as Tonks battles to make him see it's not just about her trusting him but him trusting her that's important. You've captured just how raw their issues still are and that they're both trying so hard. The end scene with them curled up together is so sweet and just perfect.

(I don't remember reading this before, I obviously missed it on your journal, so apologies for that. I'm glad I caught it now!)

Very touching moment.
I can't imagine being Remus and being so smart and being so helpless. You've captured that perfectly.

Thanks so much for reading this again!

One of the things that makes Remus such an interesting character to me is the way he can be so strong and yet has to deal with this kind of helplessness every month. It's no wonder it's hard for him to let people in.
