Posting at metamorfic_moon is now closed for the final time. It's been lovely to see a last flurry of fics posted here over the hols, and it seems very appropriate that the final one of all leaves Remus and Tonks together after the hospital wing scene, looking to the future. A good place to leave them and us, which is also really where it all started

A sad day. :( This was always my first port of call for good quality R/T and the inspiration for many of my fics - indeed I rarely wrote short fics without this place to spur me on. :) I'm sorry I didn't post anything new but I've been horribly busy and besides, I felt I'd completed my fanfic journey with Remus and Tonks at the end of A Strange New World. Leaving them happy with a new family seemed the way to stop. :) But this place has so many happy memories for it and I'm sorry to see it go.

Love to all who had fun here over the years. And love to R/T. :)

I'll always be thankful for this place, which gave me a safe corner in fandom and helped me meet so many talented writers.

Very sad to see this place close down, but at least I know where to look when I want good R/T fic. This is being kept open for archiving right?

Anyway, this was one of the best Harry Potter fic communities out there on the web. It came out with some of best writing and artwork out there, with very little insanity. Every one here was supportive and helpful and always cheered each other on.

May our love for Remus and Tonks keep us together, keep us laughing, keep us crying and every now and then saying, "Oh that was hot!" Peace out Meta, you'll always have a special place in my heart.

Definitely! I meant to put a line about that in the post and you've reminded me. :) There are over 500 fanworks in total so it's quite an R/T library to dip into, and most of my favourite reads are here along with some wonderful art.

Thank you for the community. So many of my favourite fics are here as well and I've made so many wonderful friends through this place. Fortunately, I can still come back to read and I'm keeping the friends, so I'll choose to look at it as a door closing, but remaining unlocked! The R/T Room of Requirement for when you need cheering up with a Remus fix. x

Very Sad indeed! Not only was this my go too for my R/T fix, but it really was my first foray into the world of social media! It was a lovely and welcoming place to jump in! I still hope to see the occasional R/T goodness from my flist! Thank you to our lovely mods and the talented artists and authors who shared their pieces here!
