I was really into unicorns back then. Couldn't draw them to save my life, though - I tried to show one once to somebody, some chum of mine or other, and he thought it was an ( Read more... )

*grins* Yes, I can. I'm a Metamorphmagus - that means I can change my appearance with magic. It's an innate thing, I was born with it. See, look -- *changes her hair the aforementioned bright ugly red-green-yellow color* ...kind of awful shade, really. I like my pink. *backtonormal*

*shakes hand* I'm Tonks! Nice to meet you.

I recommend not worrying about writing so violently you tear the paper, burning the ashes in a bowl, and then throwing them to the wind. Preferbly off the highest place you can find.

There's something nicely cathartic about it. I suppose in a way one could call it a deliberate destruction and dispersal of one's thoughts, but I've generally thought of it as a casting away of things I don't need anymore, once I've thought them. I don't trust locks, not at all. There's always a way in.

*grins* Hi. I'm Constantine IX, but please, call me Connie.

*sticks out a hand* I'm Tonks, as you've probably figured out by now if you've been reading this. *wink*

I agree with you about locks. That's why I don't trust spells, either - same thing as a Muggle protection, really.
