yep! Very focused on "around the perimeter" eating (ie little to no processed food). Just made a reediculously simple rice pudding recipe using brown rice and almond milk. A little drizzle of maple syrup at the end with chopped apricots and almonds (or dried fruit/nuts of your choosing). Easy and really yummy!

Not complicated most of them I've tried were good but it was a few years back don't know if/how it's changed but for 5 bucks I'm willing to see.
