Interesting thing just happened. I don't buy soda. If I do it's diet but even that I try and not buy. Anyway, I was in the store and saw one "normal soda" I wanted to try (what got into my head I don't know). Took it home. Took 3 sips and said WOW is that not worth it... and poured the whole thing down the drain! Hooray for when your better sense

Stevia is probably OK since it's known to not really effect blood sugars much. I put it in my tea sometimes.

If I come up with something good I'll post it for you guys. Todays smoothie wasn't bad but nothing to write home about.
I've seen online mock frap recipes but I have tried any of them you might trying to Google it and then see how you can modify it to make it healthier.
