Nothing serious. I was just unusually drained/tired way too early in. I made the executive call that my body was trying to tell me something so I turned around after 90 mins and went home. Only got 40 miles in.
Slept for 3-4 hours.
This is a really heavy training week coming up, so I didn't want to jeopardize the rest of the week and my 2nd Madison ride on Saturday which is supposed to be 8 hours.
This whole time I haven't had one bad bike ride, so I guess I don't have room to complain, but missing a key 7 hour ride when there is only a few weeks is a bit discouraging. It's just odd because I've been doing these 6 hour rides with no issues.
Listening to the body basically. Taking it easy until class tomorrow night.
