Oh my, I ADORE this. Partly because I have new appreciation for A/K fic that takes place in a more innocent time, partly because I have a soft spot for fics that have Alicia just beginning to acknowledge and struggle with her attraction for Kalinda -- but mostly because it's just so damn good. Your description of Kalinda's flirtatiousness is spot-on and gorgeous, and Alicia's burning curiosity of this mysterious creature she calls a friend is perfect. As is Kalinda's reason for being both more open, and ironically more cautious, with Alicia.

And HA at Kalinda's cute pajamas. I love to think she has little surprises like that.

And as much as I longed for more giving in between the two of them in the end, the wistful note you left it on was exactly right. I do hope you write more for these two; you're very good at it!

Oh, wow, thank you so much. I'm really glad they were on point for you, it's always a little worrying the first time writing for a new character, let alone a new fandom, and this was after watching the entire show in the week between 2x22 and the finale.

I was heading towards more, I honestly wanted to go there, but when I tried it felt forced. I can't wait to see where the show takes them, because as soon as I could see Alicia getting to a place where more could happen, and her relationship with Kalinda was getting to a point where they would both be comfortable enough to, everything imploded. We were just getting to know Kalinda better, too, and now she's closed off again. Ack, this show gives me a lot of feelings, so I'm sure I'll be writing more for them. Thanks again <3

This is lovely, and a perfect tone for something subtle between them. Could really be canon, as far as I'm concerned - well done!

Oh god, this is perfect. Kalinda with her eyelashes and her pyjamas and Alicia being the exception to all her rules. The bit with Kalinda and the beer bottle and Alicia's "uh-huh, I see what you did there" is EPIC.

Basically, they had better get back to this place on the show. Soon.

Eee! Great stuff! And yes I totally agree with sweetjamielee, it's great to backtrack to a time when they were just being happy with each other! You've captured that feeling wondefully!

Mm! I wonder if your giving Kalinda such cute pjs will become fanon or something.... or maybe if we're lucky canon! XP And yes, eyelashes! So true!

I also loved the whole booty call bit, hilarious! And then Alicia sitting in her car going "I'm going where now, to do what now? What time is it?" XP
