i get kind of offended when people don't like the same music i like. it's stupid, really. not everyone has the same tastes as me. i know this. but when somebody asks me to burn some cds for them, it's hard for me. i don't want to give them something they won't like cause i'll feel like i've failed or something

the best thing about the mix cd 2 pack you made me (instant messages: from freejol to flitterbik) is amazing. it's amazing because when i was younger, i didn't know all the artists. then as i grew older and played it again in college, i recognized more and got all excited. it keeps happening. it's like it keeps evolving for me. too bad i am such an idiot that i didn't notice how awesome the bands you put on there were until recently. :)

i hope it never stops evolving. even after all the songs have been played and recognized. maybe it can grow a tail or start walking upright or something.
