your apartment has got to be the coolest bachelor pad I've ever been in. I talk about that apartment - the red accents, the burt and ernie pictures, the tv with the waterfall scene on it....I love that red and white collage painting you have. Matt told me you did it with a projector. Your apartment is more tastefully decorated than a lot of girls' apartments I've been in. Plus the building is just great.
