that infamous phrase we here around here "more news" invariably elicits rants. tv news (local and national network news as well as all-news stations) already strain to stretch 12 minutes of watered down and terribly uninformative "news" out for their entire days programming. now it's a contest to see who can delude and fabricate more. it's a shame that this is the avenue through which people are most likely to quasi-ponder the answer to this question.
