I have a bunch of weird phrases floating around my head, like garden district and where the skeptics come to believe. And then when I got ready to start this entry with the word today, my brain starting singing the Smashing Pumpkins song and my fingers must've heard it because they then, of their own volition, typed is the the greatest afterward.

Lol, you actually got through it? I was expecting a pamphlet-thin, printed-on-newspaper comic, and then they hand me a fucking Stephen King book. But I <3<3<3'd the movie (Me and my friend Roy are going as Dr. Manhattan and Rorschach, respectively. COME TO OHIO DRESSED AS MY SUPERHERO WIFE, PLZ?) so I'll deal.

i grew up in a comic book shop, my dear :] of course i got through it. haha it's difficult though. (I THINK IT'S TOO COLD THERE TO DO THAT, I KNOW FOR SURE IT IS HERE) yeah, the movie followed the comic really well, i was pleased. there were a few details off but it wasn't too big of a deal. :]

Ugh I haven't read Pygmy but I am so addicted to Palahniuk. Fuck you Ryan Ross for taking over my life -.- Wow Watchmen's like one of the confusing, mindgasming movies ive ever watched but it's one of my favorites too. Awesome awesome awesome.

I've only read Paper Towns from that list; it was pretty good, really interesting plot.
I've been wanting to read An Abundance of Katherines, and Pygmy for a long time (and I've heard of the Book Thief and it seems really cool too).
