Death is the equaliser.

I would not say that death is failure, rather death is the finishing line of a race that no one really wants to win. (Me)

No Matthew, death is failure. It led to the 1832 Reform Act and ultimately the demise of the Aristocracy and Britain as it once was!

i say, that's all quite deep is it not?
I say, we just die cos we get too old too keep going. Our ticker and organs run out cos i mean they have been going for like eighty years...where are the simple minds these days?!?

Peel was made by his ambitious father, and what he worshipped was sensible economy. And possibly his wife. As for Disraeli, well the olnly reason he got into politics was to escape debt so i woudn't waste too much pity on him...
