Does anyone know how to put an mp3 file on a cell phone to use as a ringtone?  Thanks.

Brand and model would help. And it depends on the type of phone as to whether software should come with it. You can use your own mp3 files for ringtones in some phones, which is what I thought you were asking. If you just want to buy one from a website, I think your friend below has you sorted.

It is my own mp3 file but it sounds like I can use the site that brynnydd mentions.

Thanks.

I use this site http://www.funformobile.com/

You just upload the song you want, it sends it to your phone and you download it and set as your ringtone.

It's free and I have all kinds of things like, Methos saying "You live to serve me", Xfiles, Sentinel, Firefly Fruity Oaty Bar, etc.

This sounds like just the thing I'm looking for. I'll have to figure out how to download to my cell. :) I have the theme song from Doctor Who that I'd like to make a ringtone. Thanks.
