Landlording (part 4)

Well it looks like the deadbeat tenants have left the property. I go in tomorrow with an Aurora Police officer with me --just to be safe-- and evaluate everything. They appear to have taken down the window coverings (mini blinds) they had installed without asking so maybe I can get an idea by looking int he window tonight. I'm concerned, based ( Read more... )

Steve and I will be more than happy to come and help clean-up on Sunday as we are booked for Sat. all day. We could baby-sit while you and Nicole go over there or whatever combonation you guys prefer...we'll be there! :)

As much as I wouldn't mind it, I don't think Pepper would be ready to be babysat yet. Are you sure you two could handle it? I mean, I know how you two are about her crying and if both Methuss and I are gone, she may have a rather loud separation fit which would cause one of us to have to come back.

Maybe if the weather is good and the cemical fumes won't be s intense, maybe we all could go over and Pepper and I would hang out around the neighborhood. :)

You can always take her over to Jamie and visit next door or go to the cafe. The weekend is supposed to be absolutely beautiful.

Well I know there is at least 3 screens to replace and some carpentry work on the garage door frame they ran their car into. At least I can do those myself and deduct the cost from my insurance deductable.
