I found some at the 7-Eleven.

If you shine a flashlight from the bottom it glows nicely. :-)

Oh great, now that you say that, I have to try the stuff.

I have some cans and some borax cleaner, now I just need to grab some turpentine. Then those idiots who don't pick up after their dogs are going down in a blue fizzy blaze of glory.
