Went out to get lunch today while at work.  In the plaza parking lot I get a horn leaning from a black Chevy truck.  The problem is that the parking spaces were angled in my direction.   This bumptious moron was driving the wrong way down the isle and had the temerity to lean on his horn at me?

Imbecile.

Plugged Duchess' new Samsung Eternity phone into the USB data cable and fired up the Samsung software to make a backup of her phone list and contacts to a PC.  It locked up in the middle of making the backup.  So I restarted the phone and now it just gets stuck in a boot up loop.  The thing is only a few weeks old ( Read more... )

The weekend of May 1 at the Tampa Bay performing Arts Center they are showing the Fiddler on the Roof tour with Chaim Topol performing the lead role for the last time before he retires.

I have managed to score 3rd row seats!

I don't usually get psyched-up over a play but this is going to be one fantastic show.

This summer the 5th tallest completed building in the world, and the tallest in the USA will no longer be known as the Sears Tower.  Under a new leasing agreement with Willis Group Holdings, the building will be officially renamed the Willis Tower.

AIG is in the news again for $61.7 billion in losses just the last quarter.  So lets put that into numbers we little people can understand:

$27.9 million per hour

or

It boggles the mind how any company can be responsible for such stunning losses.

Obama's first full-day on the job and he signed at least four executive orders of which three are impressive by any recollection I have of any Presidency:
