Yippee! A mostly happy ending - the best Torchwood has to offer sometimes. Will there be a sequel?

Yeah, I'm kind of a sucker for them. *g*

A sequel is possible. I've definitely been kicking the idea around. We'll see!

There is a chance of a sequel. I have no idea what I'd do with it, but I did highly enjoy this 'verse, and the dynamic and Jack and Ianto have been building. We'll see.

Thanks so much for reading, and for taking the time to leave a comment!

Brilliant! Loved it loved it loved it! I especially like the Tabula Rasa, very clever. It would be interesting to explore some side stores on the effects that has had on people's lives. I can only imagine Gwen's reaction to Tabula Rasa if she ever found out. I'm really happy Jack decided to come back to Ianto and Torchwood. It would be so interesting to see how they grow as characters.
I hope we see more from you soon :D

Thank you! The great thing about Tabula Rasa is that while in some ways it's better than Flat Holm, in other ways, it's that much more tragic. I quite liked the concept. I think Ianto actually thinks Tabula Rasa is better, but due to his history with Lisa and the Cybermen, he has trouble writing off people with mental problems as "hopeless cases". (Yes, I have worked too much of this out in my head. I know.)

We'll see! I'm currently going between continuing this series, starting another, completely different story, or taking a break from writing to focus on reading for a while.

Either way, thanks for following this story and leaving me so many, many wonderful comments!

I'm glad Ianto was able to finally give Jack some closure, even if Jack wasn't happy with the solution they came up with for Gray. Giving Gray the Tabula Rasa may not be the ideal solution for Jack because he doesn't get his brother back, but at least he's still alive and living a very happy life. That has to ease Jack's mind, a bit anyway.

I'm really looking forward to seeing how things progress with Jack and Ianto now that this terrible secret isn't hanging between them, and of course, we need to see more of Jack "helping" to keep Gwen in line.

Great story. Thanks for sharing it with us.

No, Tabula Rasa is a good solution for the victim of the Rift, but not so much for the friends and family. I think the closure of knowing that Gray's alive and happy somewhere is enough for Jack--despite the point Adrift made with Nicki Bevan, I subscribe to the idea that hope is crippling, and it's always better to know than to waste away without.

There may yet be a sequel in which we watch Jack and Ianto's relationship progress, see how Gwen continues to affect and be affected by Torchwood, and tackle more episodes of S1. We'll see!

Thanks for reading, and leaving so many lovely comments!
