The new chapter has gotten lost in the labyrinth of the Manuscript Cave.

Methyl has been preparing a journal article manuscript, and everything else has kinda fallen apart. :p I'd wanted the draft to be done last week, but nooooooooooo. Two solid days of making sciency graphs and nonsense. Yikes.

Editing the fun chapter would be a good break after I kick the First Draft of the Manuscript out of the Manuscript Cave for a round of edits.

Ah, hark! I hear the cries of excited first year grad students arriving and meeting each other! No fear. The cheer will be crushed out of them in a couple weeks, and peace will return to the mossy rock, and Methyl's domain underneath it. :D
