Actually, I'm feeling scatter-brained right now, so list time.
- More Natalia-Largo family bawww, but awwww. Gotta face your father in battle. Largo was great 'till the end. Manly tears. T_T
- Monster Mohs.... was that even a fight? Radiation Gate had to had been the shortest dungeon in the game.
- And then seeing everyone getting hyped up for the final battle was awesome. (Anise deciding to rebuild the Order instead of marrying into a rich family, lol Jade drinking, Natalia and Guy getting their resolve and Luke and Tear discussing what happens after the battle)
- God why Eldrant. But it was an awesome stage, it had a nice style and everything.
- Wheee "beat a God-General, move to next" formula. Legretta was a pushover, Asch was fun and Sync was... rape.
- Speaking of Asch, his death was sort of disappointing. (Shishkabob'd by swords) I thought he was going to go out in a much cooler fashion, but hey, can't ask for how you die.
- And finally, Van. Van. From the slight disappointment he was at the Absorption Gate, I almost underestimated him. But er, man, my mistake. He truly lived up to Final Boss. His Mystic Artes: Celestial Elegy and Ancient Requiem are RAPETASTIC.
- The ending of the whole thing... Hmmm... Everyone waits for Luke to return and then we get a Luke/Asch fusion coming from the ashes of Eldrant. Apparently, it's "whoever we want it to be" between Asch and Luke.
Overall, great game. Definitely worth replaying. In fact, I WILL replay it again later today. So many side quests, so little time.
... Oh right. After beating Abyss, I did manage to get a Good Ending on Tsukihime! Believe me in who believes in the FAQs. It won't be as fun, but whatever.
