music n stuff

Went to the symphony tonight. Was alot of fun, especially since the show was "A night at the Oscars"  I've always loved soundtracks and was my music of choice growing up.  I sill have a deep love for any music with a strings section.  Lots of stuff from Horner, Williams, Elfman and even some of the older greats like Rodgers & Hammerstein and ( Read more... )

Nope, nor Hanz Zimmer. But I wasn't too disappointed with the lack of Hanz since while I like his work it all sounds the same.

And The music was taken from films that had either nominations or victories in any category. So they played the Batman score since it won "Best Art Direction"
