I know this is random and last minute but seems like today I'm going to be spending the day in the dallas area. It is my first time in dallas and I was wondering if there are any places of intrest that I might want to visit. I know dallas is a large area so ill be in the area of baylor (sp?) Childrens hospital if that helps. Thanks for any help. ^-

Any who, I'm not all that familiar with that area, but a short sprint downtown, you'll run across various coffee shops and multiple places to browse and shop. Century Modern is nice little upscale retail place; there's the mall of america ( or is mall of America?) where you can find ice little restaurants and quick snack shacks. If your trying for something Lolita related.. We tend to use the H Mart for purikura and karaoke. The Mozart Cafe is fantastic for melon breads and other quick lunch and treats.

Plenty of good spas around; Galleria Mall is great for accessory hunting or finding that elusive blouse or ideal shoes. I'm sure there's plenty more places I've missed. However, a quick Yelp or Googke search is your friend. As for catch a frilly or caned gentleman on the streets...I guess you'll just have to keep an eye out!

Thanks a lot. We actually went to the galleria and had lunch at the magical time machine resturant. It was a really neat place. We didn't really have much time but now that I know how close dallas is to shreveport I may be able to make day trips and maybe make some meets. I'm kinda excited.

Yay! We have at least one once a month. A lot of our members have moved to the Facebook group which is only accessible and visible via invite from those already in the group. Keep watching here for meets or feel free to throw your own! Do keep in mind that our members range from age 14-38 when planning events.

Glad you plan to visit from time to time. Our most active season are around the summer of conventions. Best wishes to you and hope to see you at a meet soon.
