How did that no drinking for a month thing turn out?!

One of my oldest good friends just moved to chicago. I think he has friends there but if he gets in a rut I'm sending him your way! He's an actor, really sweet guy!

The "not drinking" REALLY worked for me. It totally jump started my metabolism and I lost weight on top of what I was already losing. No more 12packs in one sitting for me!
