I had my first voice lesson with the Mezzo of the voice faculty, Tracy Watson. Since my current teacher, Judy, is the "self appointed queen bee," she chooses what incoming students she wants to work with and then the rest of the faculty gets the rest of the "pickins." I feel that same about peeler. She's a damn loon sometimes, but then other days I just love her.

Is that KAREN Peeler of whom you speak? Because I've spent the past 5 weeks in her very close presence...although I know nothing of her teaching per say...

Yes it is. I'm assuming you're at AIMS. So you probably know all the OSU kids there too. Lisa Goodale, Katie McCreary, John Caulkins, Shannon West, etc. . . How are you doing over there? ARe you studying with Dr. Peeler?

Yes, I'm at AIMS. I'm looking forward to leaving, to be honest, even though it's been a wonderful experience overall. I'm not studying with Ms. Peeler, but she is a very nice woman nonetheless, as are the other OSUers. Katie and John just performed in a Haydn opera, so they must be relieved now that it's all behind them!
