I just saw on the message board for classmates.com announcing St Amant High's Class of 1997 TEN YEAR REUNION! O MY GOD! It will be TEN YEARS next May when my high school class is having the reunion. I'm still in college living off of student loans without having a real job. I think I'm going to go slit my wrists now.

hey I read about a guy who's been in school for almost 15 years and has enough credits for like three degrees, at least you know definatly what you want and are working towards a goal :-) Miss you!!! *hugs*

I think you would probably agree that at least HALF of your class went on to become far less than they imagined -- if they became anything at all.

I would certainly not plan to attend MY high school reunion. I was voted Most Likely To Succeed and I'm afraid my life, to date, does not exactly fit that title (at least not monetarily).

I'm considering just sending a little "newsletter" (with photos included) to be placed on a table for those who are interested to view. I certainly wouldn't fly down there just to have a piece of sheet cake in my ratty old high school cafeteria and hear just how successful NADINE HUTCHINSON has been.

haha Nadine Hutchinson - sounds like a perfect movie name for this scenario! Isn't it funny how things work out? She is probably not half as happy with herself as you are with yourself and your life :)

Now that you mention it... her name DOES sound made up. Unfortunately, she's a real person. She and I used to be friends, but that's a looong and unbelievably BORING story!

Thanks for the vote of support! ;o)

as a class of 1998 grad., I feel your pain. I'm getting old. I think I get 10 new gray hairs every week from the financial worries alone. I have mild strokes whenever I view my statements frome Sally Mae. But i try to think positively. I don't want to be 70 years old and have regrets about not getting the best education possible.
