I'm glad that you're enjoying doing The Old Maid and the Thief for the second time. I was wondering if you were going to like it less or more -- especially considering that you would be working with a totally different cast and director. (In my mind, no one will ever play Leticia as well as Julia... whoever is lined up to play that has big shoes to fill.)

We're coming on Friday night. James has a night class on Thursdays and I have a meeting with the pastor of Irving Park UMC for some special music she wants done this coming Sunday

The girl playing Laetitia is Jacquie's twin. She has a great voice but doesn't have as much characterizations as Julia did. Still a great job for learning it in two weeks.

I wish I could make an impromptu (sp?) visit for your show. I haven't seen a show since the last one I was in. And I think I need a mini vaca. Break a leg mam! :)

Well I wish you could. A mini-vacay to Chicago would be the BEST...maybe you can some day.
