Pity for those that are in the unfortunate position that they have no home to go to. Many live in situations where they truly have nowhere to go except a curb with a newspaper, but some have homes elewhere, to some extent. I guess, when you summarize it, Dave had made a lot of hopeful wishes when he was planning to come to Ottawa, and he actions had led him into a tough spot. I always thought that when I was in a position like his that I would just go where my heart prompts me. After all, a situation like his is somewhat free, isn't it?He's still able to get welfare wherever he goes.

I wonder what kind of life creates a man like Dave, if he had to grow up in a life where he really had no real home anywhere and was forces to fend for himself for the most part. Wouldn't he eventually learn to live with anything if he had so many hardships?

Is that a poor assumption?

to remain comfortable? yes, i would probably give up some of the extravagent things i like to eat. but really i'm not an extremely picky eater. and what i don't like are usually expensive anyways.

no one can touch your face, eh? i'll have to test that theory.

i did not say no one.
it was a personal, albeit immature (i'm still dealing with having what was a significant portion of my life gone), comment/lyric stealing.

and yes, i would lower my standards to live comfortably.

What if you had to cook the same thing every day?

This is true. I think there's probably about a gazillion things to do with rice. That and as soon as you buy spices, you are unstoppable.

Favorite spice, Ky?
