Hey. Thinking of coming back to LJ after a prolonged hiatus from actually posting to communities. Mostly because I realize I cannot post anything of substance or edge on Facebook or even Google Plus, given how it's associated back to my actual name and colleagues. Sad, that.

Anyhow, what sites are worth participating in? Politicsforum seems like a pale husk of it's old lima_pcp vs doc_neuro days. But I just pop in a few times a year and take a look.

If there's a good site that's ramping up in advance of the US election cycle, let me know. LJ for the win.

I don't know. Most of the old haunts are cycled through and dead. There's other places, most likely the ontd types which I suppose are busy, but I avoid those types.
