Crop your base, ect. I think you know what I mean.

1) Go to Layer> New Adjustment Layer> Curves
RBG
Input - 114
Output - 159

2) Go to Layer> New Adjustment Layer> Selective Color
REDS
-68, +17, +21, 0
YELLOWS
+100, 0, 0, 0
GREENS
+100, -100, +100, 0
CYANS
+100, -100, +100, 0
BLUES
+100, +100, +100, 0
MAGENTAS
-100, +100, +100, 0
NEUTRALS
+20, -19, -29, 0

3) Go to Layer> New Adjustment Layer> Curves
RBG
Input - 152
Output - 155
RED
Input - 150
Output - 156
BLUE
Input - 153
Output - 158

4) Go to Layer> New Adjustment Layer> Selective Color
REDS
-100, +20, +20, +100
YELLOWS
+100, +8, 0, -100
GREENS
+100, -70, +100, 0
CYANS
+100, +30, -40, 0
BLUES
+100, -100, -100, 0
WHITES
+20, 0, 0, +50

5) Go to Layer> New Adjustment Layer> Color Balance
MIDTONES
-10, 0, 0
SHADOWS
-10, 0, -10
HIGHLIGHTS
+10, 0, -5

Make sure Preserve Luminosity is checked.

6) Go to Layer> New Adjustment Layer> Selective Color
REDS
+9, +28, +100, +9
YELLOWS
+9, +9, +9, +9
GREENS
+100, +30, +100, 0
CYANS
+100, +10, -30, 0
WHITES
+100, +30, -10, 0
NEUTRALS
-22, -10, -10, 0

Duplicate that layer and set it to Normal 30%.

7) Go to Layer> New Adjustment Layer> Color Balance
MIDTONES
-10, +10, +10
SHADOWS
-10, 0, -10
HIGHLIGHTS
+10, -5, -10

Make sure Preserve Luminosity is checked.
Duplicate that layer and leave it to Normal 100%.

8) Go to Layer> New Adjustment Layer> Brightness/Contrast
Brightness
-10

9) Go to Layer> New Adjustment Layer> Channel Mixer
RED
+110, -16, +12
GREEN
0, +102, -2
BLUE
0, +6, +94

And you're done!
You might have to do some adjustments. Your icon might not turn out the same.
