There was one layout that I used for a while that lets you change the header and chose whatever colors you wanna use... just can't remember what it's called.

I believe S2 Smooth Sailing is what you're thinking of. It's typically the easiest one to adjust and the most common to find in the layout communities since S1 went outdated. ^_~
